Phaḗa

Our name is inspired by the Phaeacians — the mythical people of Corfu who welcomed a shipwrecked Odysseus with food, warmth, and rest before sending him safely on his journey home. That spirit still lives on here.

After years in some of the finest restaurants across the world, we returned to Corfu to find our own Phaeacian comfort and share it with our guests—creating a place where authentic Corfiot flavours, quality ingredients, and genuine hospitality come together naturally. We love welcoming people and offering them a true Phaeacian experience, rooted in warmth, care, and simplicity.

We cook as our mothers did — slowly, lovingly, and always by the sea.
